Deemed Def Jam Recordings most controversial group of all time, The FlatLinerz paved the way for artists as they created the genre of Hip Hop called Horrorcore which has since became an underground and semi mainstream phenomenon. With a Hip Hop royalty lineage, the group is made up of Jamel "Redrum" Simmons, both nephew to co-founder of Def Jam Recordings Russel Simmons, and Joseph "RevRun" Simmons of the iconic Hip Hop superstars RUN DMC, along with his equally as lyrical partner Gravedigger. The FlatLinerZ dubbed The Incredible "RUM DIG" hurl a lyrical onslaught directed at audiences with deadly precision making their music not just stand out from other artists, but places their listeners in a world surrounded by horror and occult like themes.
Having an appetite for center stage, the 2 create a party atmosphere, keeping audiences entertained with theatrical performances every live show.
